DIE KINDER VOM EDERHOF / THE CHILDREN OF THE EDERHOF
Dokumentarfilm/documentary
Deutschland/Germany 1999/2000, Beta SP, 45 min.
In East Tyrol, close to the village of Stronach, lies the ”Ederhof”.
The children and youngsters living here as guests have one thing in common:
they are waiting for an organ transplant or have just undergone an organ
transplant operation. The film deals with children on the emergency list
of the Hanover University Hospital. The film portrays their desperation
and fears, the difficult operation and the attempt to accustom them to
a different, ‘healthier’ life on the ”Ederhof.”
Vorführung: 11.03.2000, 20.30 Uhr, Theatermuseum im Schauspielhaus
